Little Vienna exists to bring strong strategic and creative thinking to clients, without the weight of an agency.

I set up Little Vienna in 2023 after more than a decade inside agencies and consultancies. Over that time it’d become clear that the model was drifting away from what clients actually came to agencies for: Good strategic and creative thinking.

Little Vienna works differently. No rigid process, broad experience across sectors and disciplines, and a simple, direct way of working result in something broader than a typical freelancer, without the cost, layers, or inertia of an agency.

I work directly with clients, alongside agencies, and on independent projects, shaping the structure around the problem, not the other way round. Typically this means marketing, brand and in-house teams who need expertise without the overheads, agencies and consultancies who need extra firepower, innovation and research groups, sustainability teams, and senior leadership. I also work with several founders and entrepreneurs.
